From 2nd -4th December 13 swimmers from Halesowen Swimming Club travelled to the Wales National Pool in Swansea for a weekend of competition at the Welsh National Short Course Championships 2016. Each had qualified for the event to compete against some of the best swimmers in the UK including some Olympic Champions.

Senior swimmers from Halesowen Swimming Club travelled to Harvey Hadden Sports Village in Nottingham for a weekend of swimming at the ASA Midland Short Course Championships 2016.
